Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Training Administration professional to manage inquiries, coordinate training schedules, and handle participant details across global teams. You will assist in gathering requirements, processing training orders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer needs.

The role requires a degree in HR/Marketing/Communication Arts/English and at least 1 year in training administration, business reporting, customer service, or marketing, with proficiency in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication Arts, English, or equivalent.
• 1-year related experience in Training Administration, Business Reporting, Customer Service, and Marketing
• Basic MS Office Application – Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Responding to general inquiries and requests received from different channels (calls, emails, chats).
• Communicating, administering, and monitoring training schedule, registration, and attendance in business systems.
• Obtaining details of participants from global training managers and communicates concerns/challenges related to training.
• Assisting project owner in gathering, analyzing, and clarifying customer requirements; uses functional knowledge to gauge complexity of the request.
• Generating, Uploading and entering training orders in the business system.
• Coordinating with other teams/support to complete the training order request of customers.
