Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related course.
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience in Business Development, Project Management, Product Management, Portfolio Management, Market Research, or related functions.
• Strong background in using market and research data to support business and product decisions.
• Experience developing business cases and managing projects or product initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Knowledge or experience in the Philippine education sector or learning solutions industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market, consumer, competitor, and sales data to identify business and product opportunities.
• Conduct market and product research and recommend new product or portfolio initiatives based on identified market needs.
• Develop and implement strategies to support product growth, market share, revenue, and distribution targets.
• Develop business cases for new product and portfolio offerings, considering market potential, cost, resources, and timelines.
• Monitor product and portfolio performance and recommend improvements or appropriate business actions.
• Manage product and project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and market availability.
• Monitor project progress, risks, resources, and timelines and prepare status reports for management and stakeholders.
• Conduct post-launch assessments covering product performance, financial results, marketing initiatives, and areas for improvement.
