Unilab Education is hiring a Program Sales Officer to turn opportunities into business growth by driving B2B and B2C sales across education programs with universities, schools, and private organizations in Metro Manila.

You will lead client engagements, conduct presentations and product demonstrations, and translate market needs into program solutions while coordinating with Program Managers to ensure delivery within scope, pricing, and timelines.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years in sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling programs to academic institutions or training providers.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of education sector and online learning platforms.

Aufgaben

• Generate leads and convert prospective schools and institutions into active clients and partners.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving sales and student enrollment across programs.
• Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders in schools, universities, companies, and other institutions.
• Communicate the value of programs and learning solutions to education heads, academic leaders, and corporate decision-makers.
• Participate in sales planning, kick-offs, and performance reviews.
• Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, and enrollment progress.
• Establish relationships with key decision-makers across public and private education providers, higher education institutions, training providers, and corporate organizations.
• Work seamlessly with internal Program Managers and Program Support teams to ensure programs are delivered according to agreed-upon scope, pricing, timelines, and client commitments.
