Job summary

AllCard Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to build and nurture partnerships with schools and higher education institutions. You will identify client needs and present end-to-end card and campus solutions, including printers, ID services, and integrated campus systems.

You will generate new accounts, manage existing relationships, prepare proposals, and push to hit sales targets through field visits and proactive account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Education, or related field.
• 2–3 years of B2B sales or account management experience.
• Experience selling IT solutions, hardware, ID/card solutions, learning platforms, or campus systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with schools, universities, and their procurement/bidding processes is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven with the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account management.
• Willing to conduct client visits and fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
• Identify client needs and offer end-to-end card and campus solutions, including card printers and ID card services, virtual classroom platforms for blended learning, hardware solutions, and integrated campus systems.
• Generate new accounts, manage existing clients, prepare proposals, and achieve sales targets.
