Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages and supports an assigned portfolio of Private Sector Education accounts with key stakeholders.
• Engages customers by phone, email and virtual channels to understand requirements and opportunities.
• Supports renewals, quotes, upsell/cross-sell and refers qualified leads to the account team.
• Follows up on requests and renewals through to closure, updating stakeholders along the way.
• Resolves concerns by coordinating internal support and confirming resolutions.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
