Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven telesales, telemarketing, customer service or related sales experience.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience in technology, financial services, BPO or related industries is preferred.
