Job summary

Edge Tutor International is seeking a Sales Partnership Representative to connect with education leaders and school district stakeholders in the United States. This remote role from the Philippines focuses on outbound outreach, qualification, and securing initial meetings for the Account Executive.

You will engage education professionals by phone, explain programs to improve reading outcomes, and build a pipeline of qualified opportunities while meeting KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls for extended periods.
• Confident speaking with education and school district professionals.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Teacher or education background is preferred, but not required.
• CRM experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with LMS or education technology platforms is a plus.
• Results-oriented and capable of meeting KPIs.
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow schedule.
• Stable internet & reliable equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective US school and district contacts.
• Speak with education professionals at Director level and above.
• Introduce and explain programs to support reading outcomes.
• Build rapport and credibility through professional phone conversations.
• Follow up with leads via email and approved channels.
• Qualify prospects and identify opportunities; schedule first meetings.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track next steps.
