Job summary

Pinnacle Asia Global in the Philippines seeks a Sales Manager to lead the Sales Team, drive targets, develop the sales pipeline, and strengthen client relationships for Xepto's digital education and LMS solutions.

You will mentor the Sales Executive, collaborate with Business Development, Technical Support, Engineering, and Finance to convert opportunities into sustainable accounts and grow LMS subscriptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience selling technology solutions to schools or educational institutions is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the Sales Executive to achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
• Develops and implements sales action plans aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Monitors sales performance, pipeline, proposals, negotiations, and forecasts.
• Coaches and mentors the Sales Executive on prospecting, client engagement, and closing.
• Develops and maintains key client relationships and supports account expansion.
• Identifies opportunities for LMS subscription growth, renewals, and expansion.
• Monitors market trends and competitor activities and provides insights to management.
• Supports product presentations, client meetings, and negotiations for key accounts.
• Reviews and submits sales reports and forecasts accurately and on time.
• Collaborates with Business Development on strategies and growth initiatives.
