Job summary

OpenLearning Limited is seeking an EdTech Solutions and Implementation Manager to own the success and commercial growth of an assigned portfolio of institutional clients. You will guide clients from onboarding through long-term platform adoption, while identifying opportunities to expand value and scope.

You will work with Marketing, Customer Success, and Learning Services to meet partner needs. You will build trusted relationships with course coordinators, Heads of Faculty, and Deputy Vice

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in customer success, account management, or hybrid client-facing roles in SaaS or EdTech.
• Proven track record of retaining and growing institutional accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholder levels.
• Experience delivering platform training to non-technical users.
• Comfortable owning commercial outcomes—renewals and expansions.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding experience for new clients, coordinating setup and go-live milestones.
• Collaborate with CS to deliver training for client teams and leaders.
• Monitor platform adoption, health scores, and renewal signals.
• Conduct regular health reviews and quarterly business reviews with clients.
• Identify and resolve issues before escalation to maintain trust.
• Lead renewal conversations and document value and expectations.
