Job summary

EduQuest Inc. seeks a Professional Educational Representative to drive field sales and school outreach in Cagayan de Oro City and nearby areas. You will identify partner schools, connect with administrators, present EduQuest solutions, and generate qualifying leads.

You will conduct product demonstrations, manage opportunities to long-term partnerships, and work toward monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining strong professional relationships with educators and decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business/Education/Marketing/Communication) is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or client-facing roles preferred.
• Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or education-related products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential partner schools and key decision-makers within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain a database of prospects and client contacts.
• Conduct prospecting through school visits, calls, emails, and referrals.
• Introduce EduQuest's educational technology solutions to prospective clients.
• Qualify leads based on client needs and potential fit.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
• Develop opportunities and support conversion of prospects into partner schools.
• Build strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and stakeholders.
• Work toward monthly and annual sales targets.
• Update CRM and sales trackers regularly.
