Job summary

Notified, the technology partner for IR and PR, seeks an Associate Web Development Support Specialist in Makati. You will set up and configure the CMS, build menus and blocks, and coordinate with developers while ensuring QA across browsers and devices. Night shifts may be required in a dynamic, global environment.

You’ll join a team delivering IR main page content and collaborating with onboarding to resolve issues quickly, with a mix of office and flexible work from home options.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 3+ years of hands-on QA experience.
• Knowledge of website functionality testing and usability across web browsers and mobile devices.
• Experience in HTML coding and content management system.
• Familiarity with Jira, Salesforce, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent project management skills and a proven history of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skills, detail oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Able to communicate clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to work in shifting schedules (including night shift).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with web developers and client onboarding to identify and fix errors and bugs.
• Review task specifications, checklists, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
• Monitor and manage team queues to ensure timely delivery of requests.

Location

This role will be based out ofNotified Officelocated on the 14th Floor, AIA Tower (formely Philam Life Tower), 8767 Paseo de Roxas, Bel-Air, Makati City.Our expectation at this time, is that you would work from our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

What Part You Will Play in Our Growth

• Collaborate with web developers and client onboarding to identify, document, and fix errors and bugs.
• Review task specifications, checklists, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Monitor and manage team queues to ensure timely delivery of requests.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• BS/BA required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related course.
• At least 3+ years of hands‑on QA experience.
• Knowledge of website functionality testing and usability across web browsers and mobile devices.
• Experience in HTML coding and content management system.
• Familiarity with project/issue management tools and other web technologies like Jira, Salesforce, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent project management skills and a proven history of consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skills, pleasant disposition, detail oriented, and can work independently or in a team environment.
• Able to communicate clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for the industry and ability to stay current on the latest topics and trends.
• Knowledgeable about software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Able and willing to work in shifting schedules (including night shift)

Comp Our salary range for this role is PHP 60,000 - PHP 67,000 and is commensurate with experience, skills and location. If applicable: (plus performance bonus) (plus commissions variable)
