Job summary

David Jones is seeking an E-commerce Promotions Coordinator to support setup, testing, launch and maintenance of online promotions across our eCommerce channel, partnering with Trade, Marketing and Technology teams to ensure accurate offers and a seamless customer experience.

You will monitor promotions through their lifecycle, validate pricing and eligibility, and contribute to the ongoing optimisation of promotion execution in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including filtering, data validation, and large datasets

Responsibilities

• Review promotional briefs, trackers, and terms to ensure information is provided before setup.
• Configure and schedule promotions (percentage-off, dollar-off, rewards, Spend & Save, Gift with Purchase).
• Liaise with stakeholders to obtain missing information and clarify requirements before launch.
• Maintain promotion records and provide status updates in systems and trackers.
• Escalate risks or delays that may impact delivery timelines.
• Support QA and end-to-end testing of promotions and customer journeys.
