Job summary

The Jasco Group is seeking an eCommerce Coordinator to manage product data, promotions, and platform configurations across multiple digital storefronts. You will work with Marketing, Product, IT and external partners to ensure site performance and data accuracy.

You will own end-to-end website administration, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to ERP integrations and SEO improvements while using Google Analytics for reporting and optimisation.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in eCommerce coordination or related online retail support.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus or Adobe Commerce.
• Strong product catalogue management including promotions and content updates.
• Exposure to ERP-integrated environments and data flows.
• Technical aptitude with platform integrations and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Product & Catalogue Management: create/edit product listings, manage collections, ensure data accuracy.
• Website Operations & Promotions: schedule promotions, implement campaigns, QA tests.
• Platform Maintenance & Technical Support: troubleshoot issues, support Shopify Plus optimisation, ERP integration.
• Reporting & Analysis: generate sales & website performance reports, identify efficiencies.
• Platforms & Tools: manage Shopify Plus, ERP systems, Adobe Commerce, GA, feed tools, spreadsheets, SEO tools.
