Job summary

Spinneys PH is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels, including the website, app, and third-party marketplaces, to drive revenue growth and deliver excellent customer experience.

You will coordinate with warehouse and delivery partners, optimize product listings, run promotions, and track KPIs like sales, conversion rate, and AOV in a fast-paced promotional retail environment.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in E-Commerce, Marketing or Business.
At least 3 years in e-commerce, online retail or digital operations.
Experience in supermarket, grocery or retail is highly preferred.
Experience in vendor management and third-party food delivery apps.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform (Website, App, Third-party marketplace).
Ensure product listings are accurate, complete and optimized (pricing, images, descriptions, availability).
Set up and manage online promotions, discounts and campaigns aligned with in-store promos.
Optimize homepage, category pages and product placements to drive conversion.
Track key e-commerce KPIs such as sales, conversion rate, AOV and customer retention.
Coordinate with warehouse or store picking teams and delivery partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.
