Job summary

David Jones is seeking an Ecommerce Promotions Coordinator to support accurate setup, testing, launch and maintenance of online promotions across its eCommerce channel. You will coordinate with Trade, Buying & Planning, Marketing, Product, Technology and Customer Care teams to ensure offers are configured correctly and launched on time.

You will monitor promotions through their lifecycle, escalate issues promptly, and contribute to improving operational execution with a focus on customer

Qualifications

• Experience working within ecommerce, retail, merchandising, digital trading, content management, or promotional administration environments.

Responsibilities

• Review promotional briefs, trackers, Terms & Conditions, and assets to ensure all required information is provided prior to setup.
• Configure and schedule promotional activity including Percentage-off, Dollar-off, rewards offers, Spend & Save, Gift with Purchase.
