Job summary

David Jones is seeking an organized Ecommerce Promotions Coordinator to support setup, testing, launch, and maintenance of online promotions across the David Jones eCommerce channel. You will work with Trade, Buying, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Customer Care teams to ensure offers are configured correctly and launched on time.

You will monitor promotions throughout their lifecycle, identify issues, and support timely resolution to minimise customer and business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce, retail, merchandising, or promotional administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to interpret promotional mechanics and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review briefs to ensure all information is provided before setup.
• Configure and schedule promotions including % off, $ off, rewards, and other mechanics.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain missing info before launch.
• Maintain promotion records and status updates in trackers.
• Escalate risks or delays impacting delivery timelines.
• Perform pre-launch checks for eligibility, pricing, dates, and messaging.
• Test end-to-end customer journeys and monitor promotions during launch.
