Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an Ecommerce Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end ecommerce operations, including order fulfillment, inventory coordination, platform performance, customer experience, and efficiency improvements.

The role requires 4–6 years of ecommerce/retail operations experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools. This position is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) in Ortigas, Pasig with a morning shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing/operations or related field.
• Experience managing ecommerce platforms and fulfillment processes.
• Strong analytical, leadership and project management skills.
