Job summary

Crocs, Inc. based in the Philippines seeks an E‑commerce Operations Specialist to ensure platform hygiene and operational excellence across all online channels.

You will coordinate warehouse activities, align with Customer Service, and monitor KPIs and SOP adherence to maintain accurate, scalable online operations. This role involves daily system checks, data accuracy across platforms and SAP, and collaboration with the E‑commerce Executive for campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in e‑commerce operations, supply chain, or customer operations.
• Hands‑on exposure to warehouse coordination and fulfilment processes.
• Experience with e‑commerce platforms and enablers.
• Strong understanding of SOPs, controls, and operational KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse operations to support accurate, timely e‑commerce fulfilment.
• Partner with Customer Service teams to ensure issue resolution and SLA adherence.
• Track enabler KPIs and SOP adherence, flag risks and gaps.
• Perform daily platform checks across channels (SKUs, pricing, campaigns, orders, SAP).
• Ensure data accuracy and system alignment between platforms and SAP.
• Update and maintain daily sales and performance reports.
• Support investigation and resolution of order, fulfilment, or system discrepancies.

Overview

Based in the Philippines, the E‑commerce Operations Specialist ensures operational excellence and platform hygiene across all E‑commerce channels. This role focuses on warehouse operations coordination, customer service alignment, SOP adherence, daily system checks, and performance reporting, ensuring the online business runs smoothly, accurately, and at scale.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate warehouse (WH) operations to support accurate, timely E‑commerce fulfilment
• Partner with Customer Service teams to ensure issue resolution, SLA adherence, and customer experience quality
• Track and monitor enabler KPIs and SOP adherence, flagging risks and gaps proactively
• Perform regular site integrity checks, including SIS UI/UX, content accuracy, and functionality
• Conduct daily platform checks across all channels (SKUs, pricing, campaigns, orders, sales in SAP)
• Ensure data accuracy and system alignment between platforms and SAP
• Update and maintain daily sales and performance reports
• Support investigation and resolution of order, fulfilment, or system discrepancies
• Work closely with the E‑commerce Executive and enabler to ensure operational readiness for campaigns
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and support process standardization

What You'll Bring to the Table

• 2–4 years of experience in E‑commerce operations, supply chain, or customer operations
• Hands‑on exposure to warehouse coordination and fulfilment processes
• Experience working with E‑commerce platforms and enablers
• Strong understanding of SOPs, controls, and operational KPIs
• Comfortable performing daily checks, reconciliations, and reports
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred
• High attention to detail with a strong execution and follow‑through mindset
• Strong coordination and communication skills
