Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an E-commerce Operation Specialist to coordinate warehouse operations for accurate, timely e-commerce fulfilment and to collaborate with Customer Service to ensure SLA adherence and a high-quality customer experience.

The role requires 2–4 years in e-commerce operations or supply chain, hands-on warehouse coordination, and familiarity with SAP/ERP systems, plus strong data reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or customer operations.
• Hands-on exposure to warehouse coordination and fulfilment processes.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and enablers.
• Strong understanding of SOPs, controls, and operational KPIs.
• Comfortable performing daily checks, reconciliations, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse (WH) operations to support accurate, timely E‑commerce fulfilment.
• Partner with Customer Service teams to ensure issue resolution, SLA adherence, and customer experience quality.
• Track and monitor enabler KPIs and SOP adherence, flagging risks and gaps proactively.
• Perform regular site integrity checks, including SIS UI/UX, content accuracy, and functionality.
• Conduct daily platform checks across all channels (SKUs, pricing, campaigns, orders, sales in SAP).
• Ensure data accuracy and system alignment between platforms and SAP.
• Update and maintain daily sales and performance reports.
• Support investigation and resolution of order, fulfilment, or system discrepancies.
• Work closely with the E‑commerce Executive and enabler to ensure operational readiness for campaigns.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and support process standardization.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• 2–4 years of experience in E‑commerce operations, supply chain, or customer operations
• Hands‑on exposure to warehouse coordination and fulfilment processes
• Experience working with E‑commerce platforms and enablers
• Strong understanding of SOPs, controls, and operational KPIs
• Comfortable performing daily checks, reconciliations, and reports
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred
• High attention to detail with a strong execution and follow‑through mindset
• Strong coordination and communication skills
