Job summary

Shopee is seeking a driven Business Performance Manager in Manila to own LFF commercial performance, set monthly targets, and drive growth across seller programs and FBS acquisitions. The role requires strong analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and PM skills to translate topline goals into actionable plans.

You will monitor performance, optimize pricing and incentives, and partner with regional teams to align priorities. English fluency and a data-driven mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in any major.
• Fluent in English communication.
• Strong analytical thinking and self-driven, results-oriented mindset.
• 3–5+ years in internet/e-commerce with relevant project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own overall LFF commercial performance (ADO, ADGMV, PC2%).
• Monitor weekly and monthly performance; identify growth levers.
• Drive corrective actions for underperformance across clusters.
• Lead monthly target setting aligned with company OKRs.
• Translate topline targets into actionable plans across seller segments and programs.
• Track target achievement and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
• Drive acquisition strategy for Fulfilled by Shopee (FBS) sellers.
• Identify high-potential sellers for onboarding into FBS.
• Partner with clusters and Scommerce teams to scale acquisition funnel.
• Design and manage seller programs; refine mechanics based on performance data.
• Own WH rate card strategy; benchmark and analyze costs.
• Own LFF commercial P&L; monitor cost drivers and drive margin improvements.
