Michael Page, a globally scaled, data‑driven consumer business, seeks an e‑commerce leader to own the marketplace P&L and drive revenue growth across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. You will plan campaigns, optimize listings, and manage relationships with marketplace partners to maximize visibility and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 3 years in e-commerce, managing marketplace stores on Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop.
• Experience owning sales targets and P&L responsibilities.
• Knowledge of marketplace advertising tools and analytics.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and dashboard reporting.

Responsabilités

• Own marketplace P&L and drive revenue growth, profitability, and key performance metrics.
• Plan and execute major online sales campaigns, including promotional and pricing strategies.
• Manage relationships with marketplace partners to secure campaign support and maximize visibility.
• Analyze competitor activity, pricing trends, and market opportunities to inform commercial decisions.
• Optimize product listings, storefront content, and search visibility to improve traffic and conversion.
• Manage digital advertising budgets and performance to maximize return on investment.
• Lead live commerce, affiliate marketing, and influencer partnership initiatives.
• Analyze sales and marketing performance data to identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor operational and customer satisfaction metrics, proactively resolving issues when needed.
• Prepare performance reports and present insights, recommendations, and action plans to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution of business and growth initiatives.
