Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize online stores across Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. You will handle product listings, pricing, inventory, content, and coordinate orders with suppliers and logistics partners.

You will also support digital marketing initiatives, analyze performance data, and ensure compliance with marketplace requirements to optimize revenue in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on e-commerce experience.
• Experience with Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify and TikTok Shop; Amazon preferred.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, marketplace management, SEO, and digital marketing.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and content across multiple marketplaces.
• Maintain and optimize e-commerce websites and online stores for a seamless customer experience.
• Coordinate order processing, fulfillment, and shipment tracking with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Provide customer support by handling inquiries, returns, exchanges, and reviews.
• Assist with digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and recommend improvements to increase revenue.
• Manage marketplace performance, ensuring compliance with platform requirements and maintaining seller metrics.
• Support general administrative tasks, inventory coordination, supplier communication, and basic finance/documentation as needed.
