Job summary

Emma - The Sleep Company is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to lead the expansion of our e-commerce business in Australia and to manage webshop platform execution with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with stakeholders inside and outside the team to drive growth, perform basic analytics, and implement projects that improve top and bottom lines, while leveraging Excel and data tools to present clear insights.

Qualifications

• You are a graduate of a 4-year undergraduate degree program.
• You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in webshop administration or ecommerce platform management will be highly regarded.
• You have strong analytical skills and can effectively communicate information and findings to stakeholders.
• You have a strong ability to learn and master internal tools, leveraging them to drive outcomes.
• You have a very good command of Excel and other data analysis tools and can utilize these tools to present valuable data insights.
• You like to take on responsibility and can work independently, while being a team player.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be part of the team responsible for expanding our Emma e-commerce business in Australia.
• You will lead ecommerce site/webshop platform execution, increase execution efficiency and accuracy, and perform basic analytics.
• You will execute ecommerce and other projects that will lead to overall growth of top line and/or bottom line of the business.
• You will work closely with stakeholders within and outside the team to ensure webshop/ecommerce site excellence.
