Emma – The Sleep Company in Manila is seeking a motivated project-driven professional to expand our Australia ecommerce footprint. You will own the ecommerce site and related metrics, driving conversion, traffic, and a seamless browsing and purchasing experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in Project Management or special projects is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and ability to present findings to stakeholders.
Ability to learn and master internal tools to drive outcomes.
Excellent command of Excel and data analysis tools to present insights.

Responsibilities

Lead expansion of Emma e-commerce in Australia.
Own the ecommerce site platform and related metrics to improve conversion, traffic, and user experience.
Identify and realize new business opportunities in the market.
Execute diverse projects from analysis to operational improvements for top and bottom line growth.
