Job summary

OSF Digital, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end SFCC/eCommerce implementations. You will own scope, schedules, budgets, and risk management while coordinating cross-functional teams across the project lifecycle.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, report to executives, ensure quality and delivery KPIs, and collaborate with Sales during solutioning. The role requires 6–10 years IT experience and SFCC project exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT projects in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven ability to manage scope, budget, risks, and schedules.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies.
• Lead planning, estimation reviews and release planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and governance meetings.
• Track and report status, financials, utilization and KPIs.
• Manage stakeholder communications and executive updates.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and escalation items.
• Support UAT, deployment planning and post-go-live activities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Presales during solutioning and project transition.
