AS White Global Pty is seeking an Ecommerce Digital Specialist in Manila to drive email marketing, automation, and website content management for an Australian office products network. You will coordinate national campaigns, optimize digital catalogs, and support members with marketing resources.

You will build and optimize customer journeys, design promotional emails, manage segmentation, and track performance to identify improvements. Hybrid work setup with on-site and WFH days in Manila.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 4+ years of digital marketing experience in an eCommerce environment with strong email marketing experience.
• Proven experience developing email campaigns and customer lifecycle automations (welcome, abandon cart, retention, upsell, cross-sell).
• Experience with Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot or Dotdigital, with Klaviyo emphasis.

Responsabilidades

• Build and optimize email campaigns and automated customer journeys (welcome, abandoned cart, retention, upsell, cross-sell).
• Design and deploy promotional emails with A/B testing to improve copy, visuals, links and CTAs.
• Manage email segmentation, scheduling and deployment; support for members.
• Coordinate digital campaigns across email, social, catalogues and website promotions.
• Manage digital catalogues (Flipsnack) including product mapping and website linking.
• Update eCommerce content; build landing pages; manage banners and product listings.
• Create email designs and digital assets using Canva; maintain brand consistency.
• Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Own daily digital activities and recommend improvements to campaigns, automations, and processes.
