Emapta Philippines is seeking a Remote Digital Marketing Specialist to drive digital presence, email campaigns, and social media for Australian financial services clients. You will optimize SEO, manage CRM workflows, and coordinate content across multiple brands.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in digital marketing, strong communication, and project-management skills. The role offers a permanent work-from-home arrangement and a day shift with weekends off.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, including website maintenance, email marketing, and social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Strong relationship management and business acumen to align marketing with strategic objectives.
• Quality-focused and capable of improving processes, products, and services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize digital presence across channels, including website updates and SEO to improve organic reach.
• Produce and distribute email newsletters; manage campaign calendars and lead nurturing for Wealth Management and Licensing services.
• Coordinate social media and video content for multiple brands and platforms; plan, produce, and edit as needed.
• Develop and implement client engagement initiatives, surveys, referrals, and satisfaction assessments.
• Oversee marketing operations, supplier coordination, and production timelines; maintain calendars and workflows.
• Prepare monthly performance dashboards; analyze website, email, social, and lead data to identify improvements.
