Job summary

Focus Global Inc. is seeking a dedicated TNI Ecommerce Customer Success Specialist (AU/NZ) based in the Philippines to deliver exceptional customer experiences across calls, emails, and after-sales support.

You will resolve inquiries and help foster lasting relationships while promoting product knowledge. In this role, you will manage customer interactions, assist with post-purchase support, coordinate with internal teams and regional ANZ stakeholders, and contribute to reporting and continuous

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field.
1–2 years of customer service experience; regional exposure is a plus.
Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and composure under pressure.
Proficiency with CRM software and openness to new technologies.

Responsibilities

Develop product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and updates.
Handle inbound calls and email inquiries with a friendly, professional approach.
Provide post-purchase support including order tracking and product details.
Coordinate returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranty claims with relevant teams.
Collaborate with principals and ANZ teams to address complex service issues.
Prepare and share reports on inquiries, resolutions, and metrics for leadership.
