Eaton Group in the Philippines is seeking a leader for Power Distribution Solutions across East Asia. You will define regional growth strategy, align with country teams, and drive go-to-market actions for MV/LV switchgear and related products.

The role requires 5+ years in product management or sales, strong English communication, and the ability to work across multi-country teams to deliver profitable growth while maintaining quality management standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Product Management or Sales experience with MV/LV assemblies and/or LV switchgear preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be responsible for all business strategy to grow Power Distribution solutions in East Asia.
• Align with country sales and APAC vertical teams to position Power Distribution solutions regionally.
• Define growth initiatives including segments, positioning by channel, go-to-market strategy and competition.
• Support countries to achieve profitable growth: pricing, promotions and marketing actions.
• Provide technical support to sales teams and customers; advise on MV/LV switchgears, transformers, busducts for Data Center/Utility.
• Determine marcom plans for demand generation with value propositions.
• Arrange necessary training to improve sales competency.
• Conduct market studies, identify customer needs and competitive landscape; feed market intelligence to manufacturing plans.
• Commit to and manage Quality Management System (QMS) goals and continuous improvement.
