Job summary

Experience in hospitality or event operations is a plus, and proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: B.S. in Business Administration with Marketing Mgmt (or related).
• At least 1 year EA experience in marketing/sales.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Willing to work on weekends and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating cooking classes and culinary demonstrations.
• Coordinate class schedules, participant lists and registrations.
• Prepare kitchen tools, ingredients and materials for sessions.
• Support chefs and instructors during classes.
• Manage event logistics and promotional assets.
• Track event expenses and maintain vendor records.
• Organize digital files and marketing resources.
• Handle other duties for the VP of Marketing and team.
