Job summary

Outsourcey is hiring for an experienced operations professional in the Philippines to manage ecommerce workflows, process orders, and maintain accurate financial records. You will support customer inquiries across email, chat, and phone, assist with social media SOPs, and help ensure timely vendor payments and invoicing.

The role offers career growth with a growing BPO team. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in ecommerce or related roles, strong Excel/Workspace skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in e-commerce operations, retail, customer service, or bookkeeping.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) or Google Workspace for effective data management.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms to follow provided SOPs
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a proactive and collaborative work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce operations including product uploads, description updates, and inventory monitoring.
• Process customer orders accurately while coordinating with fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, or phone, assisting with inquiries and product selection.
• Assist with social media marketing efforts following provided SOPs.
• Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions and reconciling bank statements.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely vendor payments and prompt client invoicing.
• Support payroll processing and prepare regular financial reports, while ensuring audit and compliance readiness.
