Job summary

Gnarly! Clothing is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Sales Operations Assistant to support the Operations Manager in managing online sales channels, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to growth of digital sales.

You will liaise with marketplace managers on TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, and Shopify, oversee promotions, inventory, reporting, and administrative tasks to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations across multiple marketplaces.
• Ability to coordinate promotions and campaigns.
• Strong communication with account managers and platform reps.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with account managers on TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee.
• Assist in managing online sales channels including Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Plan and execute product launches across all online channels.
• Create and monitor promotions, vouchers, and platform deals to drive sales.
• Monitor daily operations and address disruptions or account issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment for stock replenishment.
• Support customer service in resolving escalated marketplace concerns.
• Prepare regular sales and campaign reports for the Operations Manager.
• Provide general administrative support to the Operations Manager.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Sales Operations Assistant to join our team. This role will support the Operations Manager in managing our online sales channels, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our digital sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management: Manage and maintain strong working relationships with account managers from TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee. Coordinate platform concerns, campaign participation, operational issues, account performance, policy updates, and other marketplace-related requirements.
• Sales Channel Management: Assist in managing and optimizing the company’s online sales channels, including Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, as well as support the integration of new sales platforms.
• Product Launches: Collaborate with the Operations Manager and other departments to plan and execute product launches across all online sales channels.
• Promotions and Vouchers: Create, implement, and monitor promotional campaigns, discount vouchers, platform deals, and other initiatives to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Operational Efficiency: Monitor the daily operations of all online sales channels, promptly address disruptions or account-related concerns, and recommend process improvements.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels across all platforms, coordinate with the warehouse and fulfillment teams for timely replenishment, and help prevent overselling or stock discrepancies.
• Customer Service Support: Assist the customer service team in resolving escalated marketplace concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales performance, campaign results, marketplace metrics, and account health to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Prepare regular reports for the Operations Manager.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Operations Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, coordinating with platform representatives, and handling correspondence.
