Job summary

88 Prestige Brands Inc. in Taguig is seeking an E-commerce Operations Associate to manage our online stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and our website.

You will optimize listings, coordinate inventory, run campaigns, track GMV, ROAS and AOV, and support customers while collaborating with Marketing, Warehouse and Product teams.

This role offers a hands-on environment with growth opportunities and an in-person work location in Taguig.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Manage the daily operations of our online stores to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
• Create, upload, and optimise product listings for maximum visibility and sales.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment with the warehouse team.
• Update pricing, vouchers, promotions, and platform campaigns.
• Execute exciting sales events such as double-digit campaigns, mega sales, and brand days.
• Track and report key e-commerce metrics including GMV, Conversion Rate, ROAS, Traffic, and AOV.
• Conduct competitor and counterfeit monitoring to keep us ahead of the market.
• Support customer inquiries and help deliver an outstanding online shopping experience.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Warehouse, Creative, and Product teams to achieve business goals.
