Job summary

The Functionary is hiring a Technical Support Representative for an on-site role in Metro Manila. You will provide technical support via phone, email and live chat, and troubleshoot issues related to web platforms and customer accounts.

You will assist customers with domain and hosting, DNS, SSL certificates, website configuration and ecommerce platform functionality, while delivering exceptional service and guiding customers toward First Contact Resolution.

Qualifications

Experience providing Technical Support or Customer Service.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, DNS, Domains & Hosting, SSL Certificates, Web Technologies, Ecommerce Platforms.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support via Phone, Email & Live Chat.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to web platforms and customer accounts.
Assist customers with Domain & Hosting, DNS, SSL Certificates, Website configuration, Ecommerce platform functionality.
Help resolve billing, invoice, and account-related questions.
Deliver outstanding customer service while achieving First Contact Resolution (FCR).
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve technical issues.
Continue learning through ongoing technical training and product updates.
