Job summary

SM Retail is seeking an E-Commerce Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. You will ensure accurate product listings, competitive presentation, availability, and on-time delivery to customers, while supporting online sales and customer experience.

Responsibilities include managing end-to-end order processing, promotions, and performance monitoring, plus collaboration with IT to ensure a smooth online shopping experience from our Pasay

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail e-commerce or digital merchandising.
• Proficient in e-commerce platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to be assigned at SM Retail's Headquarters - Pasay.
