Job summary

Wonder Maker Group Inc. is seeking an E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to drive traffic, engagement, and sales across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. You’ll optimize storefronts, product listings, and paid ads while collaborating with Brand, Creative, and Operations teams.

You will build performance dashboards, analyze buyer behavior, and propose growth initiatives to raise CTR, CVR, AOV, and GMV in a fast-paced startup setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2–5 years in E-commerce/Digital/Growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop storefronts.
• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and promotions.
• Experience with CPAS, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets; Looker Studio, GA4, SQL, Power BI advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize storefronts across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and more.
• Lead homepage refreshes and category page optimization to boost traffic and conversions.
• Optimize PDPs with titles, descriptions, images, and attributes.
• Monitor CPAS campaigns and marketplace ads to improve ROAS and GMV.
• Build dashboards and provide regular performance reports with insights.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Campaign, and E-commerce Operations teams.
• Stay updated on marketplace changes and experimentation opportunities.
