This cross-functional role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners, focusing on insight-driven strategy, market analysis, and scalable ecosystem development to enable long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and presentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear communication, interpersonal, and project management abilities.
• Experience in performance tracking, data interpretation, and business reviews.
• 3+ years in E-Commerce, Partner Management, or Growth strategy.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of enablers/agencies (TSPs) and ecosystem health.
• Drive revenue growth through agency-led sales, marketing, and programs.
• Identify new opportunities by aligning agencies with high-potential merchants.
• Regularly conduct business reviews and provide data-driven insights.
• Support merchant enablement and plan offline events to boost visibility.
