D2B is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist / Shopify Specialist to own the company's online store and drive e-commerce performance. The role focuses on Shopify optimization, conversion rate improvements, SEO, and customer journeys to turn traffic into customers.

You will also support Klaviyo email marketing, marketing automation, social media, graphic design, and paid advertising. The position requires hands-on work and proactive optimization across channels to scale online

Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing with Shopify/e-commerce focus.
Experience driving CRO and improving conversion paths.
Strong written English and content creation skills.
Experience with Klaviyo and email automation.
Hands-on with Shopify store management and optimization.

Responsibilities

Shopify & E-Commerce Management: take ownership of the Shopify website and optimize product pages.
Conversion Rate Optimisation: analyse journeys, identify friction, and implement CRO improvements.
SEO & Organic Growth: optimise on-page SEO, metadata, headings, and URLs.
Klaviyo, Email Marketing & Automation: build and optimize automated flows and campaigns.
Social Media & Content: support organic social, content calendars, and brand consistency.
Graphic Design & Ad Creative: produce assets for web, social, and paid campaigns.
Paid Digital Advertising: manage Meta & Google ads and optimize spend and ROIs.
Reporting & Digital Performance: track metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
