Job summary

Risefully Inc is looking for an energetic e-commerce operations professional to manage day-to-day listings, stock updates, pricing, and customer service across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. You will drive sales growth, improve product visibility, and ensure high customer satisfaction through strong marketplace performance.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of sales experience, experience with Shopee or Lazada, and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least one year of sales experience.
• At least one year of experience handling Shopee or Lazada.
• Experience managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Fast typing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong self-motivation and a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, stock updates, and pricing adjustments across e-commerce platforms.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns and inquiries, resolve issues, and negotiate when necessary to manage disputes or enhance the customer experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop strategies to increase sales, improve product visibility, and boost product performance.
• Analyse sales data to track performance and identify trends.
• Update stock levels and product prices to maintain competitiveness.
• Work towards meeting and exceeding sales quotas while maintaining strong customer relationships.
