Innovative Agro Industry is seeking a hands-on Head of E-commerce to lead the launch and scale of our online grocery platform. You will own the end-to-end online channel—from platform selection and website setup to payment, delivery, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in e-commerce or omni-channel, with a track record of growing revenue and profitability in FMCG or fresh food categories. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce, digital commerce, online retail, or OMNI channel sales.
• Proven experience building or scaling an e-commerce business or sales channel.
• Strong ownership of revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy from launch to scale.
• Build the online sales channel from scratch with platform and delivery integration.
• Own channel performance including revenue, margins, and customer acquisition.
• Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, and Farm teams.
• Design end-to-end customer journey from order to after-sales support.
