Job summary

Trade Mate Distribution Inc. is seeking a warehouse operations professional in Bulacan to manage sorting, picking, packing, and dispatch tasks for high-volume orders. You will oversee pickers/checkers, ensure OTIF and accuracy KPIs, and coordinate daily task assignments to hit shipping targets, including 1-day shipments.

The ideal candidate has ERP/WMS familiarity (SAP/Excel) and hands-on experience with e-commerce order flows across Shopee, Lazada, and similar platforms.

Qualifications

• With proven experience in warehouse fulfillment operations (sorting, picking, checking, packing, dispatch).
• Background in e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and high-volume order processing.
• Ability to manage manpower, assign daily tasks, and meet shipment targets (including 1-day shipment/SDD).
• Familiar with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Excel, or similar inventory/fulfillment systems).
• Knowledgeable in order accuracy control and fulfillment KPIs (OTIF, pick accuracy, dispatch cut-off).
• Experience handling pickers and checkers in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
