Job summary

Enable PH in Mandaluyong is seeking a Fulfillment Officer to lead the end-to-end order processing across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop Seller Center, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will mentor a team, drive process improvements, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure quality control, returns handling, and on-time dispatch. The role requires on-site work six days a week and strong analytical, detail-oriented leadership.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment or a similar role within the retail industry.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience handling 5+ team members.
• Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop Seller Center.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of orders across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop Seller Center.
• Maintain high account health on seller platforms, providing reports and insights as needed.
• Oversee internal orders (stock transfers) and non-ecommerce channels.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline fulfillment and reduce errors.
• Supervise the handling of returns, refunds, and claims with supporting evidence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth fulfillment of B2B orders.
• Coordinate internal departments to ensure timely parcel dispatch and meet shipping deadlines.
• Oversee quality control checks to match pick lists and meet standards.
• Address customer complaints and platform disputes promptly and within timelines.
• Perform other duties to support fulfillment operations.
