Job summary

Melching Dried Food Trading in the Philippines operates multiple online stores and is seeking an enthusiastic e-commerce coordinator to run Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop activities. You will optimize listings, manage promotions and ads, and coordinate with the packing team on order flow.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, you will run the live Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop stores of Melching Dried Food Trading and i2i day to day as part of the team that handles both businesses. Picking, packing and dispatch are handled by a separate packing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Stores & Listings: Create and optimise listings (titles, keywords, images, pricing) and keep stock in sync.


• Campaigns & Ads: Run promotions around the platform calendar (double-day and payday sales, vouchers, flash deals) and manage in-platform ads within budget.


• Affiliates & KOLs: Recruit and manage affiliates, KOLs and creators, especially on TikTok Shop.


• Content: Produce banners, promo graphics and short-form video (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop); support live selling.


• Customers & Orders: Handle chats, reviews, returns and refunds; pass orders cleanly to the packing team.


• Research & Reporting: Track competitors and trends; send a weekly sales, traffic, conversion and ad-spend report.

HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED

• Online sales per platform and per business against target, and return on ad spend.


• Store health (chat response, shop rating, cancellations), listing accuracy, and affiliate-driven sales.
