Job summary

Robinsons Appliances Corp. is seeking an E-Commerce Officer to manage day-to-day online operations and optimize performance across platforms. You will support high-impact campaigns, live selling events, and digital activations.

Collaborating with Marketing, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams, you will align promotions, campaigns, assortment, and inventory availability while monitoring campaign effectiveness and recommending data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales trends, product movement, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and implement strategies that sustain growth.
• Assist in the execution of live selling events and online campaigns across e-commerce and social commerce platforms to drive engagement and conversion.
• Work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams to align promotions, campaigns, assortment, and inventory availability.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital campaigns and promotions, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare administrative requirements and assist in training teams during e-commerce rollouts and expansions.
