Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, administration, data entry, or e-commerce support is an advantage but not required.
• Internship experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product listings across e-commerce platforms with accurate information, pricing, and images.
• Support inventory management and order fulfillment for accurate stock levels.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order, product, and delivery issues professionally.
• Assist with online promotions, product launches, and marketplace activities to drive sales.
• Prepare reports, monitor market trends, and collaborate with teams to support ecommerce operations.
