Job summary

Robinsons Appliances Corp. in the Philippines seeks an E-Commerce Operations Analyst to maintain daily online store activities, update inventory, process orders and reconcile payments.

The role analyzes sales trends, product movement and customer behavior to support action plans that sustain online growth, coordinates with departments on campaigns, promotions and pricing, and ensures the brand site remains functional.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field.
• Knowledgeable in digital marketing, sales or business administration and E-Commerce with a focus on supply chain analysis.
• Good communication skills - oral and written, applies good math skills.
• Willing to report on weekends or holidays due to the nature and urgency of work.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Maintains day-to-day operations on E-Commerce platforms that involve updating of inventory, processing orders and payment reconciliation.
• Conducts analysis on sales, product movement and customer behavior to determine necessary action plans to maintain online sales growth.
• Applies excellent written and oral customer service when assisting online inquiries and complaints.
• Handles administrative preparations and trainings for staff during E-Commerce onboarding and roll-out.
• Coordinates with various departments to maximize online presence and profitability in terms of promotions, campaigns, product assortment and inventory.
• Monitors the effectiveness of sales campaigns and formulates recommendations for improvement.
• Maintains the functioning of brand's corporate site.
• Monitors and adjust price monthly and campaigns and E-Commerce platforms.
