Job summary

A fast-growing eCommerce enabler, AIRR Labs Inc. seeks a Digital Brand Manager to own client relationships and drive growth across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop from its Manila base in the Philippines.

You will manage end-to-end brand accounts, define GTM strategies with cross-functional teams, analyze performance data, and negotiate annual deals with partners to achieve KPIs and deliver strong brand experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in brand management and/or account management in an eCommerce or digital environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical ability to track and interpret large data sets to drive decisions.
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior and marketplace dynamics (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop preferred).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end brand account management and nurturing relationships with key brand principals and platform partners.
• Define and execute GTM plans with cross-functional teams across marketing, operations, and support.
• Interpret performance data to surface insights and identify opportunities.
• Lead and negotiate annual deals with eCommerce partners and set KPIs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for brands and provide regular updates.
• Track trends to unlock new opportunities for brand partners.
