Lifesports Inc. in Pasay City is hiring a Digital Marketing Lead to head our integrated online marketing efforts across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and more.

You will drive brand awareness, engagement, and online revenue through paid ads, email campaigns, and content strategy while leading a growing Marketing team. The role requires 5+ years in digital marketing with hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms, influencer partnerships, and data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of digital marketing, paid advertising, e-commerce leadership experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience with designers is preferred.
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify and marketplace tools.
• Experience running ads on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Meta, Google Ads.
• Strong social media, content creation, and ad creative strategy skills.
• Experience with influencer marketing and KOL partnerships.
• Retail/wholesale e-commerce background is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI tools to improve productivity and campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the company's digital marketing strategy across social media, e-commerce marketplaces, paid advertising, email marketing, and other channels.
• Plans and manages social media and calendar, product launches, campaigns, and marketplace promotions.
• Monitors performance, trends, and competitor activity; recommends engagement strategies.
• Leads creative direction with the Design Team and ensures brand consistency.
• Manages influencer, affiliate, and KOL partnerships; coordinates with agencies.
• Tracks KPIs (GMV, ROAS, ROI, CAC) and prepares performance reports.
