Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Team Leader for the E-Billing team in Manila, Philippines. The role focuses on overseeing performance, achieving KPIs, and reducing delays in invoicing while ensuring compliance with SLAs.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with experience in e-invoicing portals and accounting principles. This position requires collaboration with Customer Service and IT teams to resolve billing issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience leading an operational AR or customer service team.
• Proficient in English and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Oversee team performance and development through regular 1-1s and portfolio reviews.
• Achieve direct team targets by daily KPI management.
• Monitor submissions for failures and rejections and take corrective actions.
• Lead the e-invoicing dispute management process for rejected invoices to ensure timely action.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and IT to drive resolution of e-billing issues.
• Identify triggers for e-invoices failures by analyzing systems and customer setups.
• Communicate with internal teams and clients to gather details for invoice corrections.
• Oversee resubmission of corrected documents to customers.
• Drive continuous process improvements for lean standardization.
• Ensure tasks align with policies, controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
