Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific Manila is seeking a Finance Representative for E-Billing (Accounts Receivable) to ensure accurate invoicing operations within the OtC process. You will monitor e-invoices, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with Credit & Collections, Customer Care, and other Thermo Fisher departments to maintain smooth cash flow.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• University or College degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
• Experience in a Shared Service Center in a similar role.
• Experience with invoice portals.

Responsibilities

• Review status of invoices on the E-Invoicing portal.
• Monitor submissions for failures and rejections and take corrective actions.
• Maintain a tracker for failed/rejected invoices and statuses.
• Maintain and update list of customers enrolled in E-Invoicing.
• Onboard new customers to the E-Invoicing portal and obtain necessary approvals.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to failed/rejected, disputed, or incomplete invoices.
• Communicate with internal teams and clients to gather details for invoice corrections.
• Resubmit revised invoices or provide additional documentation within timelines.
• Engage stakeholders to address issues and reduce recurring errors.
• Review invoices for accuracy to ensure policy and SOX compliance.
• Identify gaps and suggest improvements to reduce errors.
• Provide updates to management on rework progress and risks to cash flow.
• Update DTP manuals when required.
• Other duties may be assigned by the Line Manager.
